At Ngalawa Academy School, education is more than lessons in a classroom. For us, education it is an opportunity to change lives and build a stronger future. Since 2015, we have grown from a modest start with just three classrooms and seventeen pupils into a thriving school serving 230 children. Our dedicated team of twelve qualified teachers and four support staff creates an environment where every pupil feels valued, supported, and inspired to succeed. To realize its vision of expanding from primary to secondary education, Ngalawa School aims to build modern infrastructure and facilities. Key plans include constructing eight primary classrooms, three nursery classes, staff offices, a minor health facility, lavatories, administration blocks for both school levels, and a sports playground. The school's top priorities are building boys' and girls' dormitories and purchasing a new school bus, which is budgeted at 150 million Tanzanian Shillings.
